Whether standard products or tailored bag and lid concepts – thank to its own product facility in Gacé, France, SÜDPACK Medica is able to guarantee a wide diversity and maximum quality under controlled conditions.
State of the art lines permit the production of very different primary materials as well as individual three sides sealed pouches, products suitable for sterilization, tubular bags and also pharmacopoeia-compliant films. In this way, specific customer requirements can be optimally coordinated, and gapless traceability guaranteed at all times.

State of the art lines also permit us to produce tailored three sides sealed pouches catering for the required stresses, type of sterilization and opening variants.

Tubular bags

For the manufacture of customer-tailored film-based bag concepts, too, SÜDPACK is able to rely on a comprehensive production environment of in-house blown film extruders for high quality and traceability.

Diffusion-open tubular bags

In addition to different special papers, we also use targeted gates for controlled gas permeability through defined Tyvek® openings for our ETO-compliant bags.
