Sturdy, sterilizable and printable bags with Tyvek® window. For primary packaging in which gas exchange is required for ETO sterilization, SÜDPACK Medica a manufactures customized tubular bags made from PA/PE extrusion films.

Specific properties of polymers, perfectly combined with Tyvek® gas permeability

Mechanical strength, easy sealing characteristics, good machinability and high transparency are some of the most important features of our plastic films, which are mainly used in bag packaging for wound care products, surgical sets or dialysis filters. In addition, carefully-placed Tyvek® patches on the back of the bags permit a fast and effective gas diffusion process for ETO sterilization. Of course, customers of SÜDPACK Medica can still enjoy the usual excellent opening characteristics on these products, also with tear notches.
