Ready-to-use (RTU) application sterile barrier systems have become increasingly important in pharmaceutical manufacturing. SÜDPACK Headerbags for the pharmaceutical industry combine high mechanical strength with a low particle level and are produced under ISO 7 cleanroom conditions. They are specifically designed for use in highly automated production environments.

The pouches enable fast, reliable ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilisation and form part of a comprehensive RTU packaging solution. This portfolio also includes bags for complementary components such as stoppers, plungers, and other primary packaging elements, supporting an efficient and secure RTU value chain.
