As a family business, we are committed to legally compliant and socially responsible Corporate Governance through our Corporate Policy & Vision.

We aspire to be one of the best in our industry as a manufacturer of high performance films. We always strive to achieve the highest standards and are guided by the "Guide to Social Responsibility" according to DIN ISO 26000. As a binding guideline for legally compliant and ethically responsible behaviour in our company, our Code of Conduct also defines the standard for responsible behaviour towards business partners and the public, but also in our dealings with each other within the company.

As an internationally active family company, we act from a global standpoint. The motto "think global, act local" sums up our idea of being a first-class cross-border organization that acts globally while taking local needs into account. We also approach the topic of compliance with this approach. The SÜDPACK Code of Conduct provides employees throughout the SÜDPACK Group with the global standards as well as the common guideline. To ensure that all employees act in compliance with the law, they receive regular training on the binding standards of conduct for their daily actions in accordance with the training concept.
