SÜDPACK is one of the leading experts for the production of high-performance films. On cutting-edge machines, we produce films with a wide range of functionalities. We draw on many years of expertise in the field of coextrusion.
We produce high-performance films with different functionalities suitable for a broad range of applications. Our core competence is the coextrusion, which enables us to optimally combine the techncial properties of different materials to reach optimum functionalities.
Our blown films are being used as tubular bags or as thermoforming films. We also produce sealant layers in our blown film extrusion process for permanently sealed, peelable, or reclosable laminates, which can be equipped with the respective barrier properties required for the specific application.
In the cast extrusion process, we produce rigid and flexible films that are primarily used as thermoformable bottom webs or as technical films for a wide range of applications.
Whether with rotogravure, flexo or digital printing, our experts ensure effective impressive results that are perfectly aligned with the product, printing image and customer requirements – right up to personalization of the packaging.
With a shiny, matt or haptic coating, we add the finishing touch to printed film and achieve a prestigious or natural look and feel.
Thanks to laser perforation technology, it is also possible to produce films which offer a high oxygen transmission or films with opening aids.

With our long-term experience and our modern converting machines, we produce high-quality tubular bags, bags on a roll and side-gusseted bags with our films that are designed to fulfill our customers requirements.
As part of our material management, we are working intensively on regranulation and compounding in our Competence Center at Schwendi.
We purposefully collect and sort inline scrap and start-up material, which allows us to convert the plastic waste that is generated during film production into high-quality regranulates or compounds.
In all stages of our production process, from the processing of raw materials to sales, we take care at SÜDPACK to ensure a high level of safety and hygiene.
With targeted measures, we reduce the risk of contamination to a minimum and guarantee the safety standards that are required in the food, medical product and pharmaceutical industries as wells as in the fields of non-food and technology.
