The 9-layer coextrusion line accelerates our innovation process. Its key advantage lies in its flexibility: the multiXtrusion system enables us to realistically replicate and extensively test all production technologies commonly used at SÜDPACK. It allows us to fine-tune numerous production parameters, continuously refine our concepts, and further develop ideas until they result in a market-ready film solution. This significantly shortens development times. In addition, our standard production operations no longer need to be interrupted for trial runs.
In the field of laminating films, our MultiCLam pilot line supports and enhances our innovation processes.
Our Application Technology Center is equiped with state-of-the-art packaging machinery from various manufacturers, as well as measurement, analytical and testing equipment, to facilitate the transfer of new developments into serial production.
Our employees have long-standing expertise in the processing of our film solutions in the fields of packaging and technical applications. Moreover, they also offer direct on-site application technology support.
