For the processing of payments we pass on your payment data to the credit institution charged with the payment. Beyond that, for example for sending advertising, we will only collect, process or use your data within the framework of legal regulations or with your consent. As far as you declare this consent electronically in the context of our online offer, we observe the legal duties to provide information and record your consent by means of suitable technical systems.

We assure you that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your prior consent. Insofar as we make use of the services of third parties to carry out and process processing, the provisions of the GDPR are complied with.

4. Data security

The data you enter (e.g. when contacting us via our form or placing an order) is transmitted via a secure 128-bit SSL connection. We may also process the information you provide to inform you of other interesting products in our portfolio or to send you e-mails containing technical information.

We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years.

To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, in particular financial data, the order process is encrypted (see Section 4.).

6. Cookies

In order to collect your order in a shopping basket, we use so-called session cookies. Session cookies are small pieces of information that a provider stores in the main memory of the visitor's computer. A randomly generated unique identification number, a so-called session ID, is stored in a session cookie. A cookie also contains information about its origin and the storage period. These cookies cannot store any other data. With the Session-ID your orders are put together in your shopping cart.

Moreover, we use permanent cookies to be able to recognize visitors even after a long time. This information is then stored as a text file on the hard drive of the visitor's computer. In contrast, the session cookies we use are deleted when you end the session. If you close the browser window or go to another page, your shopping cart will be reset. The contents of the shopping basket collected up to that point must be put together again if you have ended the session but have not completed the ordering process.
