Due to the controlled internal pressure in the Ecosteam^® package, different cooking times of different products can be evened out and overcooking of the contents prevented. Cooking in its own juice means that vitamins, minerals and above all taste are retained optimally. So that your product is also well protected for cooling, the package remains completely closed until the venting function in the film is activated by the internal pressure in the package. The package lets out the steam in a controlled manner through microscopic holes. Ecosteam^® is purely film-based, but works like a valve. In this way it is more economical in manufacture and simpler to use.
