Cheese maturing bags

   

The foundation for Südpack was the production of cheese maturing bags. This has been one of our core competencies for more than 40 years. Our cheese maturing bags are tailored individually to the maturing of hard and semi-hard cheese.

   

The particularly uniform film thickness of our cheese maturing bags provides a precisely defined penetrability at every point on the bag.
In this way, uniform maturing and CO2 removal is ensured.
Due to the defined gas penetrability, shelf lives/storage times of up to 12 months can be achieved.
In addition, the constant film thickness also gives an extraordinarily high resistance to penetration of the bag, so that critical points are eliminated.
